I feel your pain- I can't get any on either. I had the site administrator put my signature photo up.

are you just resizing it? because some softwares will also give it a higher dpi which will keep the original size (as in memory size) of the picture

if you like, you can email me the pics that you want resized and i can fo them for you

edit:
what i usually do is go to imageshack.us and upload the pictures there, then use the image tages to make them show up, that could be a lot easier

lol resave your pics as JPG.. lol they are probobly saved as BMP and are alot bigger because of that..

just open picture in paint and click save as .. and change the file type
