I was thinking of what I might have to get for my MRTs if they don't settle down some more. I get a lot of noise between 2000 and 2500 rpms in the cabin, and I was wondering what my options were to help it out without messing up the sound of the car. It doesn't really bother me too much, so I'll keep it that way if I have to.

Which would be better for keeping the sound of the car, Glasspacks or resonators? I don't want to make the car quiter outside - just on the inside. Is dynamat a better option?

I want quiter inside, but not outside lol. All I hear inside the car is a steady drone noise, and I know that's not how it sounds outside...

I don't know what Glasspacks sound like on our new mustangs but I had them on my old '71 with dual exhaust and it just may have been the BEST sound ever. I can still here it, god I miss that car. Would love to hear what they sound like on our new ones. Wonder if there's a sound clip over in the sound clip post...

V6 with glasspacks? not sure that it would sound that great. A long time ago i had a 00 mustang v6 and i put 40 series flowmasters on it and it sounded pretty great for a sixer. Im not sure if the new ones would sound the same or not.
