I wouldn't have thought that I'd have needed a reminder that the Mustang is a rear wheel drive beast, but I've been driving FWD cars for the last 5 years. Anyways i turned on to a gravel/sand road for the first time since geting my car earlier and got on it kinda hard and fish tailed that SOB around, I brought her under control real easily, it just surprised me a bit since I have gotten so used to FWD. Anyways now that I remember I think I'll have some fun next time I take to the gravel.

not inteh gravel!!!!!! wait till it rains or something and hit up a parking lot... or if you brave enough parking lot when its dry

Now that I've had my Stang for a little over a year when I go back to driving a FWD car it takes some getting used to. The thing I dislike the most about FWD cars, at least decent performing ones, is the torque steer. At least with RWD cars the tendency to fish tail can be reduced quite a bit if not eliminated with the right suspension mods but there isn't really much that can be done to reduce torque steer on a FWD. Besides RWD is more fun on wet or dry pavement!

Ok all I'll try a parking lot. You all are a nervous bunch about your paint, but I guess I can understand that...I grew up, and learned to drive, on country roads though and some times there just to fun to pass up. But I'll try...
