X-Pipe for us 6er's
Hey guys,
Well i want to install some side exhaust from a company called www.bashperformance.com their cutting me a deal of $600 for piping and side skirts. They said im going to have to take it to a welding ship and have them install the piping comming out from the headers. The kit is ment to bolt right on to a GT exhaust system, I'm wondering if anyone makes an X-pipe that would simply bolt on to out y-pipe and make everything bolt right on?

I don't think there are any V6 X-pipes that will bolt in. What you need to do is have the Y-pipe cut out AFTER the cats but BEFORE the two brackets that hold the Y-pipe. Have the X trimmed to the right length and weld it to the pipes just after the cats. You will be able to reuse the two hanger brackets and they will be in the same location.
