Pull the diff cover, bearing caps, c clips, axles, differential, sepearte the gear from the diff, pullin the pinion, setting pinion depth, reinstalling everything else, setting backlash, etc etc etc.
so unless you know EXACTLY what ur doiin, dont even attempt it, will just result in a headache and higher cost.

all 6ers have 3.31 gears with a open diff
auto GTs have 3.31s and 5 speeds have 3.55s with a t-lok
also, do not attempt to install gears unless you have alot of experience, if you dont set the backlash right you will destroy the gears
they do not make 3.55 gears for the 7.5, they make 3.45s or 3.73s, as they also do not make 4.30s
manual tranny OD ratio .68, auto .70, a nemerically OD ratio will give you lower RMPs

For daily drivers the 3.73s are better with manual trannies. 4.10s for auto. You'll only be in 1st for about 10 feet with 4.10s and a manual trannie!
