Don't feel too bad, I did the same thing, but I didn't catch it in time (next morning) and had to get a boost from AMA.....

Too funny. My results for a Google search for "2005 Mustang Lights Stay On?" led me right to this post, where I got to read exactly what I would have posted and exactly what fixed it.
