After reading all the positive things on this forum about the Demolet CAI and X-cal I decided to order it for my 06 vert. I ordered it online over 8 days ago and still haven't heard anything. I sent an e-mail to Doug asking him to call me but I got no response. I recieved my bill in the mail but still no Demolet or x-cal. Anyone know how to contact Doug other than the e-mail address on his site? I'm really looking forward to the improvements but I'm frustrated at this point.

I can understand your frustration, Doug is covered up these days, he also has a full time job to deal with. He was recently out in California tuning the new X charger SC. He will get to you, I know not hearing from him can be unsettling, trust me the wait will be worth it. The Demolet CAI and Doug's tune will put a smile on your face. One other thing, he has had a problem with his e mail server, just recently as a matter of fact, not getting his e mails to him I wouldn't be surprised if that is not causing your delay.

i have been with doug for a couple of days and trust me you will get the goods. he ahs been very busy with my car and i apologize for that but he is home now and i am sure he is tring to catch up. timing is everything and i'm sorry your upset with him but like 05 said soon all that will go away trust me

I'm not upset, just anxious. After reading all your posts I can feel the force young Skywalker. I'm sure I'll get the goods and I'll be sure to post after I install.

Doug called! Seems like a very knowledgable person. He's sending me out the Demolet and X-cal. I can't wait. thanks for all your guys help.
