QUESTION BOUT TIPTRONIC
what is the difference between the way we can shift through 1-3 manually on our auto trannys without pressing any buttons and the way the steptronic ones work? is it the same concept and are there any negatives toward manually changing through 1-3 for fun now and then?

tiptronic trans are retarded. Even shifting through the gears is pointless, unlesss u just want to have fun. Best times (and most consistent) will just be leavin it in D and going.
