Putting Km's on your baby
I drive 120km per day, all highway (I hit one light) its about 32,000 Km Per Year. Does anyone else put a ton of Km's on their baby? sometimes I feel guilty...like I should have bought a piece of **** to drive during the week and use the stang for weekends BUT...I didnt spend all this money on my new Mustang to drive it 1-2 times a week and besides...driving the mustang is AWESOME and I dont think I could go back to a beater even if it meant extending my warrenty by a year or so lol....
anyone else having Km and guilt issues? hahaha

RE: Putting Km's on your baby
I actually don't put kms on my car. I prefer miles, of which I have 14, 000 speeding, tire-burning, fun-filled ones.

LMAO! yeah I'm at 0 KM but I hit 1000 miles after 3 weeks. DOn't worry bout it..cars are built for driving...NOT for setting in garages...you ever seen a REAL horse that sets in the stable most of the time??? They look miserable and like they want to die...just like real one our ponies are born to run...

I agree, my pony looks sad at night in the garage. Like she's telling me "let's go for a spin around the block or something". Alright, I admit it. I'm obsessed.

RE: Putting Km's on your baby
Highway km's are the best thing you can do for your car. Stop-and-go is very hard on the brakes and engine. Even starting the car is hard on it. Once you're on the highway, everything is warmed up and lubed, so there's very little punishment to the car. You'll get over 300,000 kms easily.

Thats my horse in her stable in my avatar; she agrees! BTW I put about 25k miles a year on my cars...no problem, when they wear out I get a new one.
