But there is some noise from the dash thats not from your exhaust the dash was just made poorly it has like nothing behind it some people are also putting dynamat behind it you can try that to. Theres many things it can be so when you take it to the dealer there probably going to say they either cant find it or cant here it. Which sucks!

I have cutouts installed on my car so there is quite a bit of vibration now and it sounded like there was a HORRIBLY squeeking noise coming from the dash but it ended up being the E-brake vibrating all the way up into everything else. When you are driving try and pull the e-brake out towards you and see if the noise stops. To stop mine I went to an audio shop and they made me a little block covered in black carpet so its not as noticeable. I wedged it inbetween the ebrake and the center console and now I have no more vibration noises.

I don't know if this is the same issue or not, but there is a TSB out on a "rattle/noise" from the dash center stack (TSB 06-4-1) This was traced to the exhaust isolators on the trans. X-member. Might wnat to look into this possibility.

I had noise in the dash turned out to be a bad blower motor they said it's a common problem, had it replaced and it's been quiet ever since, also if it sounds like the steering column it's the airbag assembly had that replaced too
