Default GT X pipe on V6?

Ive been looking to customize the exhaust on my mustang, and i want to get an X or H pipe. The only ones that i can seem to find are made for GT, like Bassani, Magnaflow, or MAC for example. I was wondering if i can put one of these on my v6 and them put some mufflers on. I dont know if these pipes have a different diameter or not because they are made for the GT. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

the flanges are in different positions for the v6 and the gt, so you would have to cut and weld them to put them in, then you could buy a gt drivers side midpipe, and axle back, and you are set.

I bought a Bassani X($120 thanks ebay!!!). I had a muffler shop install it. I belive they just cut the pipe off right behind the cats. then the x pipe sliped right in behind them. then onto the the gt take off system

American Muscle has them, but I went to a muffler shop and they made me an awesome H pipe ( That is what I wanted, not an X pipe) plus the complete muffler system for about Half the price of buying it from an after market place, then having to install it myself. The H pipe sounds more like a V8 than the X pipe and the glass pacs sound fantastic. I just like the sound better. Also I went with 24 inch glass pacs located directly under the cabin of the car. This eliminates the excessively loud droning associated with the V6's.
