Default Trouble with ford dealership with waranty

I am having some noise coming from the drivetrain and it seems to be more difficult to go into gear its a 2006 5spd pony package v-6 Seems like a vibration sound all of a suden last week as well as the engine does not seem to be ruuning smooth when under a load, the ford dealership is trying to say its normal, which is pissing me off after all the money i spent on this car what can i do to get this car fixed? i have a premium waranty which seems like a waste of money as they dont seem to want to fix the car. SEEMS THEY ARE trying to get out of it.Is there anywaY AROUND THIS?

go to a different Ford dealership.....unless of course, there is only one you can get to.

Does Ford have a 1-800 number or something?

You can take it to any Ford dealer for warrenty work. Back when i had my Acura i wanted the leather replaced under warrenty, one dealer said no, wear and tear, so i took it to another dealer who said yes and replaced it.

I had a guy at work, old 60's vietnam vet real wacko... tell a service manager over the phone and in person that if he didn't do what he wanted to with the car he was going to climb over the counter pull his pants down and butt-f#c% him right there in front of everybody. Over the phone was one thing but in person the service manager got scared... He tried to settle the vet down by insisting he doesn't need to get like that. The vet at that point tried to get around the counter... he's now the service managers best friend and is given any loaner car of his choice.. he's recieved some free oil changes and inspections since then and continues to by his cars there every few years....
