Their prices tend to be on the high side, but they do very thoroughly check their cars out. Don't trade anything in there, they'll rip you off blind on a trade-in.

You didn't say new or used. I purchased a new truck from Carmax and they were the best price around. I would go back to them.

That might be a former rental car, with such low mileage. If you get the VIN number, a CARFAX report is worth the twenty bucks to give you the history. If it was a rental car, don't let that scare you away. My buddy is a mechanic and he contends that they receive more thorough maintenance then most owners and are usually driven highway miles to get from an airport to a destination.

CARMAX used to be affiliated with the CIRCUIT CITY organization and I don't know much about their credibility. Their ads (I know, don't jump on me) suggest that they are pickier about what they offer for sale. Once again, the CARFAX report is the way to go to be sure about what you are buying.

So is mine and it has been perfect since I purchased it from the local FORD dealer in JANUARY. It had a chip in the trunk (fixed and then covered with a spoiler) and a small tear on the rear of the driver's seat (not noticable, even if you are in the back seat). I was amazed that a rental company would offer a convertible like mine with most of the options (premium package, leather, etc).
