Default superchargers

ok guys, whats it gonna take specifically to get off the fence like ricklmeasa? lets see who is interested so maybe we could compile a list of specific questions and send to the guys making these things, let them answer them directly, there were many who regretted not jumping on the deal that fast specialties gave armycook, but nobody jumped on roughly the same deal when they got it on the vortech, lets stop teasing them and get going, my plans are made and will/should be complete by mid june hopefully, if not sooner.

follow your example, you are about the only other to go ahead and order one, yes or no, buy it or not, I am curious if there will be enough answers to get everybody that has expressed interest to go ahead and buy it, then we can start a s/c v6 forum LOL, lets get a moderator to start a sticky that we can send these guys and get straight answers.

Oh I feel ya now. Its just more of a $$$ issue with most. It took me a few months then I just kept waking up thinking 7PSI Procharger lol (right as my head lifted the pillow too, wierd ****!). My card Is pretty much gunna be cleared so I just did it on spurr of the moment kinda thing. Just went with what I thought was good and streetable.

rygen

anybody else within the next month? I'll add you to the list, we will follow up after install, if your undecided, put your questions here, I will gather them and forward for a response (added a few myself)

Questions

1- what about longevity?
2- what is safest boost?
3- total cost, what is included?
4- hp and trq gains?
5- when available?
6- 50 state SMOG legal?

I gotta say... I am still on the fence. Both the Vortech and X-charger look great to me!

My questions involve longevity. I know the X-charger is a safe, reliable route. But, is the after-cooled Vortech with a higher boost (say 8-9 psi) also as long-lived?
