I have seem lots of posts describing the problems with the rev A of our shaker system, I have searched and found no especific info on

a) What the TSB number (doc if anyone has it) is.

b) How to perform the test to find out the Revision number.

If I remember right, you press and hold 3 & 6 for a few seconds and the self test should start up.
