Now initially, I was thinking all these big thoughts now that I have a job (recent college graduate as of december). I am able to execute them, but were I to, I would be virtually broke (make nice money, but I would be literally saving zero). I have conceded that the most I will allow myself to indulge in is: C&L CAI, SCT Bamachips tune, Cat4ward headers, Tlock (auburn/TT is overkill for bolt ons), and gears (will probably go 4.10s just for the extra scoot around town). Final price tag being in the $1700 range from what I have (can probably sell my predator for 200$+ once I get the SCT further bringing down the cost). I'm going to start saving money (gasp) and planning for the next car (once this is paid off I'll look at a good cond. 03-04 cobra or just see what the new mustang offering is in 09 when I'll be paid off).

Sounds like a plan to me but since our stock headers are pretty good why dont you get nitrous instead? I take it you are a fan of power/speed since you want an 03/04 cobra.

The headers would be primarily for sound, I may not end up getting em. getting the T lock and gearing first (tired of 1 drive wheel). And go from there. If I got nitrous it'd just make it worse and I'd want to keep pushing the line and going faster and faster. But I looked @ autotrader, and there are some sweet deals on the terminators as is. for 27500 I can get a cobra with a 2.8" pulley, bassani X pipe, Bassani SS cat back exhaust, and I believe a K&N intake. dyno'd 465 bhp 465torque. Throw a KB swap on top of that, and keep the 2.8" pulley and that'd be a breakneck fast car.
