My wife and I just saw the most unbelievable pony package today. It had a color changing red paint job, custom interior, custom everything. But, the most impressive thing was the dual split exhaust. The owner called it a twister or a twista. It used the single right side exhaust pipe into a muffler with a chrome tip, and out of the back of that muffler was another pipe that went to the left side which had a small glasspack-looking thing with a chrome tip. I'm not kidding. His car sounded like a v8 with mild exhaust. the absolute best I've ever heard. The problem is that I can't find any info on that exhaust. All I know is that the car was bought from the bulider at a SEMA show. Please post if you have any info. I drew a crude picture of what it looked like and attached it to this post.

Just In. My wife just found a picture of the guy's car when it was at the SEMA show. It was bought from the builder. When we saw the car, it had the pony grill and emblems back on. He also said the only engine mods were cold air and tuning.

The only other infor that I have on the car is that it has a sunroof from Inalfa Sunroofs which is what is on the window. I want one of these sunroofs so bad. But I can't find any other infor about the car.

i'm betting his exhaust sounded almost exactly like a V6 with a MRT axle back muffler (aeroturbine) does........ which is a really good sounding muffler.
Basically you're getting the sound of all 6 cylinders to 1 muffler, which will make it sound deeper as opposed to 3 to each muffler.
The way his exhaust is split off allows that same sound to escape through 2 exits (the dual tips), making it sound pretty freaking aggressive for a V6 with "dual" exhaust.....

now as for the performance aspects of that particular exhaust setup.....????? beats me lol

as long as you have a crossover pipe in a dual system, like X of H, youll get the sound of hte 6 cyl in each pipe

yeah the car is just a sun roof advertisement. for the exhaust umm.... can i get an explanation??
