Try Meguiar's Scratch X... little circles, little circles... then, wax afterwards.

do you go to the car wash alot, if you do, make sure to go to a brushless car wash, the brushes are what make the circles on the black paint. you can try the turtle black polish too, works good.

Any scratch remover will polish out the scratch by removing a small amount of paint. It won't mess your paint finish up - just don't use a machine with the heavy cutting stuff.

Another product that might do the job is MEGUIARS number 5. This is a reseal and glaze product with minimal abrasives that should take care of the mild scratches in the clear coat.

The product is not readily available in stores, go online and they will ship it to you. Note the spelling of the product name above and do a GOOGLE search for their site.

u really need to look at whats causing the scratches first. Poor washing technique, bad equipment, etc. is whats doing it. Start off by buying Microfiber towels for your black car. Wash witha Microfiber mit, make sure you keep the rag rinsed etc. to not track dirt across the car causing more scratches. Then you can worry about fixing the ones you have. Which Eagle-One Nano Wax can take care of for the most part.
