those are DEFENATLY hub caps, the type that go over the tire slightly to make it look low profile! im SURE they are, and i think the tartan skirt design is a prank along the same lines and toilet papering a house! i bet it turns heads tho

Not sure how to take that...whether I am insulted by your comment or that you would insult my race in making such a F'ed car murder!!! Whether this guy is Hispanic, black, white, chinese, green, purple, yellow or whatever...he is DEFINITELY on crack!

The rims look like manholes!

Why would you put a helmet on a motorcycle?

in some situations helmets are bad. i mean face it, if you get hit full on while riding a motorcycle, you are going to want to make sure you are dead so you are not going to be a living vegetable for the rest of your life

I have to chime in here...I hope you are honestly joking lol. Let me tell you a story. My dad who is a paramedic picked up this patient a few years back. It was a man on a motorcyle Stopping for a red light. As he was about to come to a complete stop he put his foot down but it was in to an oil slick, his foot slipped and the bike pulled him over to the ground. His head ended up hitting the curb of a sidewalk and he was pronounced Dead at the scene. He died because he was not wearing a helmet.

Personally, I find it downright rediculous that, here in Illinois, we do NOT have helmet requirements for motorcyclists, but they'll put up roadblocks to make sure people surrounded by a metal cage and airbags are wearing their seatbelts. "For your safety," of course. [:'(] For the record, I buckle up totally out of habit. It's as natural to me as turning the key to start the car. Still, I find the laws to be stupid and not a matter of compelling public interest.

Edit: I'll add that, given my libertarian bent, I support personal choice (even if it's a bad choice) over the government dictating personal safety through the threat of penalty.
