Dood, a black carbon fiber hood on a white car, ROCKS! Buut, I really dont see any point (besides looks) on a already heavy vehicle.

They are lighter, compared to an 04. (dont quote me on that though).

I got the car 2 weeks ago so mods just started and the price was right for the hood so im just trying it out and seeing if i like it.

Can you get those carbin fiber hoods painted? i always see them black and never matching the rest of the car. LOL Is that normal?

Looks different man. I can't say it looks good for my taste (reminds me of imports) but its not bad. Just need to balance out the exterior cosmetics now.

Do you feel a great diff in weight while driving?

I definetly felt a diff in weight when i lifted it up to put it on the car i would say a easy 7 or 8 pounds . it is carbin fiber with a fiberglass frame. but it is so light i have to put hood pins in.
