I just purchased an Akron mount which bolts to the passenger seat floor bolt. It has a swivel head and should work just great. It is flexible and can be positioned in any way that you like. I read a ton of great reviews on it.

My quest is over, I went to my local best buy and they were able to get my xm unit to stick correctly. Check it out...

So you aren't worried about that thing flying at someones's head in, heaven forbid, an airbag deployment?
