Yeah... FI is definitely king for our cars. You really can't go wrong with either TC or SC. Here's a dyno of my car compared with a slightly modified (exhaust, intake, tune) 2006 GT.

Man, every time I see your numbers I'm just impressed. I mean that is at 9PSI. That is one efficient kit.

What Gear Ratio are you running, Flapjack?
I am considering either the Vortech HO or the Procharger, how much was the install? did you do it yourself? How long? Any pro's/cons? Do I need to do anything to my engine before the s/c? I plan on intake+tuner/lsd+gears/exhaust int he near future, but after that, I want some FI.

Thanks man. I'm pretty happy with it, too.

I've made a decision, after lengthy discussion with George @ RPM Outlet, to keep the 11psi pulley on when I go down to Biloxi, MS in July. I have a 3 week network training class out there, so I'm going to drive. I'll bring a larger pulley and the tools to change it, just in case... but George said since our cars are tuned through the MAF, the A/F will pretty much be the same so long as I used 93 octane when I fill up. Up here, only 91 octane is available.

I'm dying to know what 11-12 lbs of boost will do for me! I'll have to hit a dyno and a drag strip while I'm down there. Anybody know of any down that way??

I'm running the original 3.31s. I tossed around the idea of 3.45s or 3.73s, but was told it wasn't worth it on an FI car.

I did the install myself. If you search the boards, you should find some sort of writeup I did on it. It wasn't all that hard. The hardest part was getting the IC tubing to meet up. A little cursing and it all went together well.

If you are planning on going FI, I would defintely do the rearend with some form of posi-traction. I went all out with the Detroit TrueTrac, because knowing me... I won't stop until I have this thing up to 500RWHP (some day....). I did the install myself, and did a pretty good writeup on that as well. Check it out and see if it's something you want to tackle on your own. I wouldn't have done the rearend install unless I had access to the base hobby shop with a lift. I've heard of people doing it in the garage, but to me that would be too tedious. The supercharger was no problem with normal garage tools, though. Just time consuming....

I love my 4.10's! LOL! Of course I'm driving around town on my DR's... I'm guessing with street tires I'ld probably be doing a lot of spinning.. but for now I'm just having a blast... Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to get to the track before Norwalk...

Hmmm, looks like there is one a little over an hour away in Hattiesburg. Only 1/8 mile, though...
