i have the steeda kit the rear are easy but the front will require a spring compressor and 14mm camber bolt kit ( any napa parts shop will have them) and a alignment. should take about 3 hours plus the alignment

yeah yu can do it yourself, when doing the front springs jack the front up (both sides), then when doing the rear jack up the rear both sides.. ifyou just do one corner at a time the sway bar will stop you from removng the sway bar link, and lets jsut say your be very frustrated

the rear is easy to do,

jack up rear end (put jacks under rocker pannel on jack notches)

jack up your axle from the diff, make sure your not jacking from the diff cover

unbolt lower shock bolt, on each shock,

lower jack

grab spring and wiggle loose

remove and replace

make sure the spring sits in the grove right youll see where the spring is supost to sit

reverse steps

for the front

jack car up from rockers put jack stands on the notchs

unbolt wheel

unbolt sway bar link (prefferably the one connected to the strut)

unbolt both lower strut bolts

place small jack stand under the rotor to support it up

unbolt the 4 small nuts under the hood holding your strut up

remove strut

(i purchased a spring compressor from my local snapon guy, costed me 80$)

use spring compressor on spring and remove strut top nut
(note go to your local ford dealer and pick up 2 new top nuts (they arent re-usable and even if they are re-used and are torqued down they will back off on thier own)

decompress spring

put new spring (make sure it sits right in its groove)\

compress spring

put top plate on, make sure the arrow faces to the lower strut bolt mounting bracket

torque down top nut

decompresse spring, and reverse the above steps to get it back in

also the camber bolts go in the upper of the 2 lower strut bolts, you can align it yourself witha level vertically, its not as accurate as a machine but it works, but you have to be patient lol, cuz youll be jacking your car up and down a few times to adjust
