When I first saw the word I thought it was a typo for racer.
Forgive me, but what exactly is a ricer?

To be ricer is more an attitude... a way of life... exessive body kits (often flailing in the wind), huge hang glider wings, 6 inch fart can mufflers that can be heard from blocks away when they're only going 20 mph, 2, 4 or 6+ tail pipes on a 4 banger, neon, neon, neon, gauge clusters without any boost, type R stickers, wildly unsubstantiated horsepower exaggerations made by the driver backed up by no dyno sheets or track runs, etc, etc... generally, more show than go. Some are wicked quick... most are not.

It's a phenomenon usually seen in import cars, but have been known to crossover to Mustang and other domestic territory.
