OK...I find some of the post on this issue very questionable... my hubby had a V6 stock mustang and I have a SXT Magnum which is 250hp.....he was faster from a dead stop but in the long run the extra horsepower caught up.......and the SRT8 versions of the Charger and Magnum have 425hp and unless you are heavily modded I just can't believe a V6 at 210hp beat the SRT8 at 425hp....

i raced my friend mike and beat him but its no srt8 its the stock charger with no mods and it was a short race so i guess he could have won if it was a longer race who knows ure prolly rite ..

The Mustang v6 is faster then the v6 Charger, just look at times they've run on the v6 board at chargerforums.
210chp/240tq and 3400-3500lbs car w/o driver > 250cp/250 tq in a 4,000lb car w/o driver. And the Mustang will dyno more with equal mods, just basic i/e, even though stock it dynos 10-15 rwhp less.
