Default GT side skirts

I'm thinking about taking off the default black ones on the 6, and putting some color-matched GTs on. How would I go about taking them off, and then putting the new ones on?

push pins all along the bottom, then some in the fender area. I recommend getting replacement ones before you do it, as they have a tendency to break.

I've never dealt with push pins before. How do you go about removing them?

i have panel poppers to do them with, but a flathead screwdriver will work.

They`re a two piece retainer. When the center section is pushed in it causes the outer half to expand, retaining the part. To get them out you use a small flathead and coax the center section back out which will allow the parts to be pulled apart. They`re really much better than the old one piece christmas tree style that tended to break alot.

I'm stopping by Diversified (hopefully tomorrow) to pick up a GT rear bumper. I hope they also have the lime side skirts in as well.
Which leads my to this ques... These "two piece retainer clips", where does one buy these? online, call the dealer, or maybe even from diversified?
