If you haven't changed your front antisway bar to a GT takeoff yet you should do that before the strut brace; you'll see much better results and it's way cheaper (only $29.99 from Saleen!). Unless of course your doing it for looks as you can't see the sway bar.

For some reason, the GT bars appear to be double bars and I'm not clear if they will fit our V-6 or not. STEEDA (?) or someone offers one with a plate that bolts to all of the shock/strut bolts and is substantially more expensive and might be overkill for a stock six.

I went from our 99 convertible to this 05 convertible and the 05 is so much stiffer, so I feel that I can get away with the BLUE OVAL bar. If I don't like it, I can sell it on here.

Well, I think I'd much rather have the plenum cover than the STB.

Anyway, beaustang, you said to get the front and reat anti-sway bars take-offs. What do those do?

The sway bars stiffen up the car on turns helping control body roll. Our cars come with a front bar but not a rear, except the Pony package which does come with a rear. I got a Hellwig rear bar (which is much stiffer than theGT) and a GT front take off, this combo along with the Eibach springs has all but eliminated body roll, I would highly recommend it.
