Just joined the Forum 5 minutes ago. Just becam a Mustang Owner 5 Days ago. 06 V6 Screaming Yellow Premium Deluxe, interior upgrade and more. I'll be more participatory as I get to know the forum and my fine new automobile.
My question - Is there any "How to" books out yet addressing the 06? I've googled it a bunch and have found nothing. I'm a know-nothing when it comes to cars and how to care for the engine, and I want to learn and do for myself with this vehicle.
I can't afford to pay mechanics now that I'm in debt again, at least not for things that I may be able to do myself. Simple stuff that for most of you is probably routine. Thanks!

This may lead you in the right direction, but i orderd a Chilton book for the 05 stang. It hasn't come yet but apparently its for pro mechanics (which i am not) but I am just interested in learning about the car as a machine. Do a google search for chilton ford and you'll see what I am talking about.

Welcome to the forums and congrats on the new ride. Stick around here and you'll start to learn some good things as well. Very informative site and alot of the people can help stear you to an answer if they don't have the answer themselves.
