Default RE: Can I wax over decals

ORIGINAL: LX200

As you can see from my picture to the left, I have Boss "C" strips on the side... should I NXT was right over these? Or should you never apply wax or buff over these decals??
Some won't but most waxes have a warning on them to not use the wax on plastics, vinyl, yadda yadda yadda. It may not hurt it at first, but over time, the wax can damage the striping/decals.

I didn't read all the posts. It didn't stay on my ESCAPE very long (NXT that is). If the car is garaged, it will last longer.

I did the painted surfaces of my 99 ROYAL STAR VENTURE M/C and it really did a great job.

I am still a fan of MEGUIARS number 5 and then number 26 for a durable and great shine. MEGUIARS detailer between waxings and it holds up well.
