Happy father's , father's day, as in some us now have grandchildren...LOL

One of the things my son remembers in the early years was going off to the lumber yard to get things for some project at home or his tree fort.

A tradition was that I would get a hugh Hersey bar and although we would promise our selves we would save some for the girls (his 3 sisters and his mom), by the time we got home it was gone..

Now I listen to my son as he describes the little "traditions" he is starting with his son, pure magic. He is a sargent in the USAF making a career of it, so I don't see him as much as I would like, although we talk 2-3 times a week.

My first Father's Day and it is awesome. I'm gonna enjoy the day because my real Father's Day gift is a knee reconstruction early tomorrow morning. I'll be unable to drive my pony for about 2 weeks and I'm bumed [X(]. Oh well, Happy Father's Day to all.

Well all my little girl is up now, and my son should be home any time from his mother's so I'm off to enjoy F-day. Hope you all enjoy yours. Will be back on L8R!

I lost my dad at the end of '04... but, I feel 'im smilin' down. I owe him for so much, including my love for Mustangs! Miss ya!

Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads!!! It's kinda funny, my dad was over at my house yesterday looking at my Stang. We talk about it every time we speak. He used to have a 1970 Mustang that he totaled in the rain (hydroplaned on racing slicks). I can tell he still misses it after 30 years. If I win the lotto, that's the first thing I'm gonna do is buy one for him. Until then this Lowe's gift card and steak dinner will have to do.
