im pretty sure thats true. the old 5.0.... wait im gonna go get my big book of the mustang too... ill be right back...

it sais 6.7-6.9 for the fuel injected 5.0s but what you have to remember is theyre really high 2.73.1 gear ratio. (really slow off the line) and alot of room for modding

It would be a pretty close race. The manual 4.0s are getting high 14s stock which is what the manual 5.0s were getting. With a few mods the 5.0 is much faster though.
