Default Boost Vac Gauge .... little help

I am getting close to installing my gauges...... I need to know if a Boost/Vac gauge can be used to monitor Vac only.

My S/C project has been postponed until next year, but I want to still use the Boost/Vac Gauge... Obviously It will not monitor Boost

But the question I have is....... can it be hooked up to a vac line to monitor for low vac / leaks..?

Thanks!!

Thanks Afixer.....

I certantly do not want to "pretend" to have Boost, but on the other hand I do not want to have to rip the Pod from the dash (3M to the dask) to install the Gauge later.

+ if I can monitor Vac at least it will be semi-functional...

Thanks
