Go under your profile and n the section "Signature" write the address of your pic in between

my pics are on my computer though not the internet

You need to run a webserver if you want them on your own pc wich I do not endorse, turn the computer off, sig is gone for everyone else. I would suggest hosting it someplace. If you want, email me the pic and I can host it on my server for you.
