With those 20's your caliper will be very visible. I'd go red. Most people would guess a caliper to be black anyway, or assume it's dirt. If you go red, they know you put in the extra effort.
And I'm not saying this to be a kill joy but look into bigger brakes if you get 20's. You may need them, may not, but at some point there is no denying the physics involved in stopping a wheel with a larger circumference and more weght than a stock wheel.
