ok so i wen on sctflash.com and searched the forums from my understanding if someone were to buy it they would have to get it programmed....so someone make me and offer i dont think 300 shipped is to high considering im throwing the intake in too. But i guess i could be wrong.

ebay it. You will get 300 for it im sure, if not more.
I wasnt tryin to say you were wrong or anything, just didnt want you to sell it to someone thinkin it will work for them, and then them gettin pissed off cuz it doesnt.

Ya the tuner is good no matter what you have but the tuner on the tuner is not. $300 is a great deal guys. Just buy the tuner from him for $300 then buy one of Doug's tunes for I believe $50 bucks emailed to you and you just got a XCAL II/CAI for about half price.
The xcal II you have will actually work for your 01 GT as well. You would just need a new tune.

well i would yse it for my current car but im not really worried about it...the previous owner already installed flows on it and i brought a mac fenderwell CAI for 90shipped so im not really worried about a tune....that thing packs enough power as it is. Im still getting used to it....

Cant you just keep it and get the tunes put on for your 01 GT? Sound like it would be cheaper. Unless you just dont want to tune your GT.
