Fuel Mileage w/CAI & SCT X2
I swear I read that some studied this using 87 and 91 Octane and come to the conclusion that it was actually cheaper to run the V6 w/91 Octane, but I can't find it on a search.
I just tuned mine to 91 Octane since I was down to a gallon of 87 before filling up.
Should I stick w/the 91 for better fuel mileage? Or is it strictly a performance issue?
Thanks again from a newbie!

All in all if you don't have a lead foot the higher octane gas should give you better MPG. Doug from Bamachips told me that with his tunes hes seen anywhere from 2-4MPG gain, but most people keep their foot in it because of the funfactor thus making them loose MPG.
The better MPG with higher octane makes the price come out about the same as buying 87 octane and getting lower fuel economy.

Yeaaaaah... The lead foot thing, yeaaaah.
I just have to hear that aero-turbine and check out the shifting on my tune.
I'll have to see how it goes this weekend. Thanks...
