AUX input on stereo
Does anyone know how to access the AUX input for the Shaker 500 stereo? I have a Sirius receiver I would like to hook up to it and the dealership where I got my stang has been less than helpful. They also failed to include my wheel locking kit which I paid for and they haven't returned any of my calls....

It's on the back of the unit and it's a 16-pin thingy, so you'll need to buy an adaptor. If you do a search in the audio section of the forum, you will find good info on this. I can email you a .pdf file that covers stereo removal for access if you wish. The removal procedure looks rather involved. The centre console has to be removed as part of the procedure.
Don't put up with any nonsense from the dealership. You paid good money for the car and they should respect you for it and feel lucky for receiving your business. Keep good notes. In case you have real problems with the vehicle in the future, you can provide Ford with the history of poor service.
