not for 1 seond did i thing i was gonna get 25 hp lol, im as ascepticle as the next guy, just wondering if it would reduce the throttle lag and help ecomony or anything benifical

Paul
Throttle lag is due to your computer. As for adding power, youll only notice a significant difference if you have really high compression. Im runnin @ 11:1, so when I get some race gas its a noticable difference. 20hp? its possible would have to dyno it to find out. And as for octane and fuel economy its the same thing, I get way better gas milage witha 50/50 mix with race gas because my compression is so high.
-P.
EDIT: Went and got gas since my other posts its $3.30/gal now.

Actually, taxes add up to around a dollar, sometimes more. Don't forget county taxes!

Meanwhile, those evil 'big oil' companies are making under 10 cents per gallon in profit, and gas stations range from a couple of pennies of profit at the most expensive stations, to actually LOSING money at the cheap places. Most gas stations pay their bills mainly through concession sales.

but a higher octane in our cars is useless unless we have atune to backit up, our cars computers wont use the fuel to its advantage, it would just drive jsut as it did when it had 87
