Check out Lidio's site at alternativeauto.com/waterbox/waterbox_main.html He already has complete methanol injection kits for 94-04 Mustangs and is working on an 05+ kit. According to the article meth lowers the inlet temp 60 - 100+ degrees and they've used it on "non-intercooled" blowers making no less than 12 - 14psi and acheived 40 -60 RWHP gains. Maybe he already has a 4.0L Meth Kit. Worth asking now that xCharger is becoming a reality.

That was my thinking since the X-Charger can't be intercooled (at least not easily). It definitely seems to cool the charge effectively, and some estimates indicate a greater cooling effect that an intercooler....
