Well with mine I am getting an average of 300 + miles on each tank full. Well it depends on my lead foot.

Wow then I think I need to have my car looked at...

I have the 2006 v6 and i'm getting 12.1 with Aeroturbine Exhaust (5" Tip) and K&N Air Filter... I mean I do go fast and hammer it at times, but 12? Thats pretty bad considering what you guys are getting

I have a Flowmaster American Thunder axle-back and a K & N Aircharger in a 2006 V6...I get about 22mpg driving around town and around 33mpg on the highway...and I hammer on it every now and then...something is definitely up here

Dang - the wife's 5.4L Expedition averages 13.5 - LOL

She's got a tune and a FIPK, too.

There is more wring with that car than the tune.
How many miles on it?
Is he the original owner? Maybe a previous owner did some other mods, like gears maybe.
I mean I hammer my automatic constantly and I'm gettin 22.
even with 4.56s, he would still get aboot 18mpg, and the sn95s dont need to be tuned after every mod

I have a MRT axle-back and a dropin air fillter + I drilled big holes in the bottom of my stock airbox. Well I get about 13-15 mpg intown... but I get up to 31 MPG on the highway @ 65MPH

I have a bone stock Pony automatic. I average 24 mpg with it, and know I drive it much harder than my Explorer. Most of my driving is on the highway (a 60 mile each way trip to work and home each day). Even when I do a lot of in town driving on the weekends, I usually average around 21
