+1 Except for the rare part; What will be rare about a mineral grey Mustang?

Keep it Mineral Gray (MG). You won't have to worry about the door jams and under-hood areas not matching the exterior color. Plus in 5-10 years, it will be a rare sight to see a MG S197 Mustang.

don,t change colour if you ever plan on selling it it will bring the value way down unless you get an absolute top drawer job and that will cost VERY TALL $$$$$$$$

Hey 05mineral6 is insurance paying for the paint ? The reason I ask is I just got my stang back from body shop after 7 weeks. I wanted to change my color from black to silver and insurance said no it has to stay the OEM color. But if I wanted to pay for it I could have it any color I want. They told me that they have to to take every body part off the car to change colors. I would of paid for it but the price was $4800.00. So I kept my stang Black. Good luck 05mineral6.

Why would they repaint the whole car? I got my bumper repainted and they didn't need to paint the whole car over again?? Am I missing something here? LOL

If you do repaint the whole car, you're better off shifting the color rather than doing a total color change. If you shift the color you can get by without painting the jambs, underhood and undertrunk. Those areas add BIG bucks to a paint job.
