Depends on how much highway driving you do, and what speed you travel. 3.73's are nice, but my 2006 is my 9th Mustang. I have added 3.73's multiple times, and it's worth jumping to the 4.10's. I run 3000rpm at 80mph or 75mph at 2800rpm on the highway. If you don't run too much on the highway, I would go to 4.10's and it will help if you decide to change wheel/tire sizes. Most 20" rims have a 28" diameter, which lowers the overall ratio. As long as you do your upfront homework, I'm sure you will be happy.
Hope this helps!
