i got my shifter last tuesday and installed it friday...i loooovveeeeee it! So much better than stock..just as a heads up...the directions i read said it may take a little finesse (?) to get the old shifter out...for me this involved a hammer and prybar..but once it was out the hurst goes right in..good luck with your install! You will love it

yeah you do....we just had to bend in the back of the old shifter to get it out of the small hole they give u...it wasnt really that bad i was just kiding around...took about an hour after the car was jacket up...really a simple install tho..and a kick *** result..

I'm not familar with this particular model, but over the years, i've come to realize that the Hurst shifters are the best ones out there. There is no competition lol
