and what else? I keep hearing about our mustangs being fast but then I just read a post about a camry almost beating one of us. ANd it was with that forced Induction!!!

I was on the free way the other day doing 75. A Nissan Maxima pulls up behind me and rides me. So I pedal to the medal. What happens? He does the same and FLIES around me [&o] and he winked at me!!!!!!!!!! He winked! AAAGH!

At first I bought the car for the looks. Now I want to go fast!!!!! What do I do?? Those pulley things????

What we need is a sticky showing basic mods. Those Maximas are pretty good(only the 3.5L), so don't be too discouraged. Yeah if you want more power go for headers(I stand by these), CAI, tuner, pulleys, exhaust pipes, hell the list can go on.

i don't think theres much chance beating a maxima on the highway, maybe at stop lights but are cars arn't that fast on a highway.

I hate trying to race on the highway, don't have the top end power.

Also back when I was stock I got my azz handed to me by a 3.5L Altima on the highway.

Well that's depressing. And how could you hold up against one now? let me ask you this. If I put duals on, and one of those tuner/cai jobs..would the same thing have happened to me???

those 3.5s are really fast, i am pretty sure they have much more hp than us

Highways are no good for us.. I learned that really quick when a punk benz wouldn't stop riding my ***. We went for about 1/2 a mile before I just pulled over and let his crazy *** pass. It was an early 90's benz too.

Might be able to hang, they are pretty heavy.

3.5L has 250hp and 249tq.

SRE has 260hp and 251tq
