Because he's got lik 9k feedback and alot of people are just idiots, they want to believe that crap works so it does to them, mind>matter. He has 9 negs in a month though which is awful, he just sells so much.

easy, he mostly sells other stuff. Look at his other items. He sells computer cables, headphones, cellphones, etc. He probably gets his numbers up over there and hopes it will help sell those crap rip-off chips.

hmmm...maybe i should do something like that...get some random-*** chips from radio shack and put them in a nice little box with a neat looking sticker on it and sell them for 10 bucks a pop

It's a great scam...the "chip" is like a .50 Radio Shack resistor, the box maybe costs him 1.00..the wiring say .25, say 1.00 for the soldering and stuff...boom, like 3.00 or so, sell it for 15...mo money mo money mo money! Plus the usual ebay shipping overcharge...mo money mo money mo money!
