Anyone Seen the GT350H in person yet?
Walked out my front door this morning to get the paper and there was one parked in front of my neighbor's house. I went over and took a look at it, then a couple hours later, went back (real sly - I bet everyone on my street already thinks I'm a freak, 2 - 2006 mustangs in my driveway, and I'm out taking pictures of another one!).
Dialup users warning - these are unedited, straight out of my digital camera - so they are about 750k each
Here it is from the back. Not bad, but why does it have a Pony emblem on it?

I like the stainless exhaust tips:

The side scoops look sort of "stuck on" to me. Seems like they could have blended better into the body lines:

Overall, not a bad looking car (still don't like the scoops though)

Here is a close up of the side stripe - the white blob above it is a polished Hertz emblem, I guess it was a little too bright out there.

Looks mean enough from the front, but there's the Pony emblem again:

Here's a couple where I was trying to get a good angle on the hood scoop - never really did.

Inside, it looked pretty much stock, except for a sticker on the dash between the vents with Carroll Shelby's signature. It was an automatic, with leather and the interior upgrade package.
If I missed anything, ask away & I'll walk down and take another look.

Nice pics! I just saw a thread on another Mustang forum that the first one made available for purchase to the public was sold for a whopping 250,000 bucks! OUCH!! Oh and by the way, they're all autos. I guess they figure renters would flog a manual too hard

I saw a GT350H at a hotel in N.H. a few weeks ago. Looked great, though it was night. All I know is that I wanted to get a chance to drive it!
As for the quarter-million dollar GT350H auction, wasn't part of the point of that auction to raise money for a charity? If that's the case, I can see the price tag in one way.

The thing that makes this one unique is it is the only one of the 500 that was sold without having been rented out. The other 499 will not be sold until they've been used and abused And I'm sure they won't hit that kind of price again. But I wouldn't be surprised to see them going in the 75k range.
