what are teh documented events called?
and where to i find them? the random tickings and so forth? TSB's? I dont remember
my car's windshield wiper fluid likes to drip out slowly from the dispensers on the hood running streaks on my car when im driving... just wondering if there is one of those doo-dads that address this.

I believe you are asking about the Technical Service Bulletins (TSB's). There is a link at the top of the MF webpages called "Mustang TSB's" (in the blue band). Here's a link.
