Well my house value went up 50k in two years. So I refied my house and got an extra 19k out of it and bought off the remainding balance on my car. I got her title today!!!

buy her a present to celebrate!! then she should give in on a mod! (that didn't sound right) My trick (for my 73) is to leave the car in the driveway, when she gets sick of looking at it in pieces she asks "what do you need to fix your car?" I tiell her and she says " I want that thing out of the driveway-so go get the part" Got me a new interior, new engine hoist, stand and a tig welder.

Not bad but this is my daily driver so how would I get to work. Hmmm I could just tell her I found this cheap part and order it anyways and tell her they overcharged me and use the cash to buy something else. When I bought my duels I told her the price and it was twice as much. I told her the quoted me on a single muffler installation but since the work had been done already so I paid. lol Damn I don't think I will go to hell for these little white lies even if I am brown.

Congratulations!!! I still got over 12K to go. I recommend that you enjoy it for now and work the mods in gradually. So the little lady doesn't get too hyper...and a lot of flowers
