1. Does anyone else get mad gear whine when in reverse going over say... 7mph.
2. when i first start my car up in the morning, it idles at like 1500 until i drive it for alittle bit and it goes away. Is that normal?

2. Yes, its very normal. The computer revs the engine to allow it to warm up to proper operating temp., normally you should wait to drive it till the rpms drop but that depnds on how cold it is.

2. Like nicarc369 said. just let it warm up. depending on where you are it shouldn't take more than a couple minutes.

ya both things also happen to my car I think it's perfectly normal.
