Default This concerns me...

When I pulled into my inclined driveway I had the car in drive and was holding the brake in. Once I released the brake the car rolled backward. I have an auto and never before has it rolled backward when on in incline in drive. If I would have let it go it would have rolled all the way down the driveway...ummmm?

Thats what automatics do. Its the torque converter. At low rpm, it is not engaging so the driveline can roll around a bit
